About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and highly detail-oriented individual to join us on a short-term project to completely reorganise our CEO's Outlook email inboxes.
Over a number of years, our CEO's inboxes have become increasingly disorganised. They were previously brought under control, but following a period of maternity leave, the inboxes have unfortunately become difficult to manage again due to the volume of emails received.
This role is to create a well-structured, logical and sustainable email management system that will allow both the CEO and Executive Assistant to manage correspondence efficiently going forward.
As the Executive Assistant, I simply don't have the time to complete this project alongside my day-to-day responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who enjoys organising, creating systems and bringing order to large volumes of information.

- Create a clear and logical folder structure.
- File and archive historic emails appropriately.
- Categorise correspondence by subject, client and priority.
- Create Outlook rules, categories and filing systems where appropriate.
- Identify important emails that require action or follow-up.
- Remove unnecessary mailing list subscriptions where suitable.
- Work closely with the Executive Assistant to understand how the inboxes should be organised.
- Ensure all information is handled with complete confidentiality.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in an administrative, Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role.
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Enjoy organising information and creating efficient systems.
- Be able to work independently once briefed.
