Reception & Information Assistant (on-site)
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Starting salary is £24,810 per annum
Working days – 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday – Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday.
We are looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic individual to provide a positive, efficient and effective information and reception service, supporting and advising learners, visitors, and staff with a wide range of general enquiries.
To apply you should have a relevant Level 3 qualification, excellent communication and customer service skills, along with the ability to work pro-actively with a customer – focused approach.
The main base for this post is the Cornhill, Ipswich, however Suffolk New College is a multi-campus, therefore you may be required to work at and travel between campuses.
