Role Overview
The Operations Administrator will provide vital support to the operations and project management teams. This role is essential for ensuring smooth day-to-day running of projects, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating between suppliers, contractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced refurbishment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and project managers.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and databases.
- Assist with contractor and supplier onboarding, compliance checks, and paperwork.
- Track project progress, budgets, and deadlines, escalating issues where necessary.
- Support with procurement, including obtaining quotes and raising purchase orders.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Ensure health & safety and compliance documentation is up to date.
- Assist with financial admin such as invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
- Prepare reports for senior management and update project tracking systems.
- Coordinate site visits, access arrangements, and logistics where required.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role (property, construction, logistics, manufacturing or refurb industry experience desirable).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management/CRM software.
- Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
