Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized according to health standards to promote a safe environment
- Maintain cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet operational needs
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly and manage recycling procedures in line with company policies
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing additional attention or maintenance
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures is advantageous
