Registered Manager – Domiciliary & Supported Living
Location: Brixton, South London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
Hours: Full-Time

We are recruiting a Registered Manager to take total ownership of a growing care branch in Brixton. The service delivers approximately 1,500 care hours per week across domiciliary care and supported living, supporting adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, autism, and complex conditions. Compliance expertise is absolutely essential in this role, with full responsibility for audits, risk management, and quality assurance.
The Role
- Take full operational ownership of the branch and all service delivery
- Lead on compliance, audits, risk management, and quality assurance
- Drive business development with a focus on growing the private client base
- Oversee care coordinators and supervisors across the service
- Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain high regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, care plans, and risk assessments
- Be hands-on and present across the service when needed
- Manage and develop a team of approximately 50 care workers
Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essential
- Strong CQC compliance experience including audits and inspections — essential
- Experience across domiciliary care and / or supported living
- Background working with adults with LD, mental health, or autism
- Proven business development skills with experience growing a service
- Hands-on, driven, and comfortable taking full ownership
