We’re recruiting an Activity Leader / Playworker / Childcare Assistant to support our Breakfast and After School Club, working with children aged 4–11 years.
Location: The Federation of Netley Abbey Schools (SO31 5EL)
Hours (Monday–Friday)
Term Time Only | Permanent | Part-Time
- Breakfast Club: 7:20am – 8:50am
- After School Club: 3:00pm – 6:00pm
- Overtime available during school holidays
Driver or local resident preferred (limited public transport)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading fun, engaging activities (arts & crafts, sports, games, cookery & creative play)
- Creating a safe, caring and inclusive environment
- Supporting children’s wellbeing, confidence and social development
- Working as part of a friendly, supportive childcare team
- Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures
