- Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, and equipment to ensure optimal appearance and hygiene standards
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention and promptly address any cleanliness issues
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and document completed tasks accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and steam cleaners
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
