Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee the operations of a comprehensive care facility. This vital role involves ensuring the highest standards of patient care, managing staff teams, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Duties
- Lead the overall management of the care facility, ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and organizational standards
- Oversee daily operations including patient care, staff supervision, and administrative functions
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs, including dementia, hospice, and disability services
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for multidisciplinary teams including nurses, caregivers, and support staff
- Ensure medication administration protocols are strictly followed and maintain accurate medical records
- Monitor quality assurance processes through audits and feedback mechanisms to uphold high standards of care
- Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and resident satisfaction
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals for specialized services such as laboratory testing, medical imaging, or ICU-related care when necessary
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and procurement to optimize operational efficiency
- Promote a culture of safety by implementing risk management strategies and incident reporting procedures
Experience
- Proven experience in assisted living or senior care management with a strong understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's care principles
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing multidisciplinary teams in healthcare or residential settings
- Background working with children or individuals with disabilities is highly desirable
- Knowledge of anatomy, patient care procedures, medication administration, and medical terminology is essential
- Experience working in nursing homes or hospice environments is preferred
- Familiarity with home care services and case management practices will be advantageous
- Prior involvement in laboratory procedures or medical imaging processes is a plus
- Strong leadership skills combined with excellent communication abilities to motivate staff and engage residents effectively

Pay: £44,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
