Account Manager – Signage, Events & Branding

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Account Manager to join our clients growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish a long-term career within the signage, graphics, and branding industry, gaining exposure to high-profile projects while working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The Role:
Working closely alongside four experienced Account Managers, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients, ensuring a consistent pipeline of profitable work is delivered into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring projects remain profitable and aligned with business strengths.
· Conduct site surveys and prepare survey templates using Adobe Illustrator.
· Produce accurate quotations and oversee project costing.
· Coordinate the purchasing of materials and brief production teams on project requirements.
· Manage projects through to completion, including overseeing installation teams where required.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including creative agencies.
· Provide monthly reporting and updates to the Head of Sales.
· Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
· Maintain responsibility for approximately £600,000 + VAT of annual business revenue.
Key Skills and Experience:
· Strong Account Management experience within the signage and branding sector
· A confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients and stakeholders.
· Self-motivated and capable of managing their own workload.
· A full UK driving licence holder (essential).
