Experienced Spray Painter – Timber Windows & Doors

Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Spray Painter to join our modern production facility and become a valued part of our skilled manufacturing team.

The Role
As a Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, priming and spraying timber windows, doors and associated components to a high standard. You will play an important role in ensuring every product leaves the factory with a durable, consistent and professional finish.
Your duties will include:
- Preparing timber products ready for coating, including sanding, filling and masking
- Applying primers, base coats and top coats using spray equipment
- Working within the paint shop to achieve a smooth, even and high-quality finish
- Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards
- Maintaining spray equipment and keeping the paint shop clean, safe and organised
- Working efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining attention to detail
- Liaising with joiners, production staff and management to ensure products are completed on time
About You
We are looking for someone with previous experience in spray painting, ideally within a timber, joinery, furniture, kitchen, window or door manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience using spray equipment in a professional workshop or manufacturing setting
- A good eye for detail and pride in producing a quality finish
- Knowledge of paint preparation, sanding, priming and finishing processes
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A reliable, positive and hardworking attitude
- Good time management and the ability to work to production deadlines
Experience with timber windows, doors, furniture, kitchens or bespoke joinery would be highly desirable.
