About the Role
SCROll STOP is looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of our growth. This is a role that blends new business, creative leadership, and team management. You'll be the person clients trust on calls, the person who can spin up a compelling creative concept on the spot, and the person building and mentoring the team delivering the work.
We need someone with genuine agency experience who understands both the creative and commercial sides of the business, and who has sharp attention to detail when it comes to the work going out the door.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading client calls and pitches, building relationships that convert into signed business
- Managing and forecasting a sales pipeline, keeping deals moving and reporting on progress
- Building, leading, and mentoring a small team of creatives and strategists
- Developing creative concepts and campaign ideas that are ambitious but achievable for creators to produce
- Overseeing quality control across client deliverables, with a sharp eye for detail
- Working closely with clients to understand their goals and translating those into creative and commercial plans
- Staying close to performance and results, particularly where social ads are involved
What We're Looking For
- Proven agency experience, ideally in social or creative marketing
- A track record of closing business through client calls and pitches
- Experience managing a pipeline and forecasting revenue
- Experience building or managing a team, with strong leadership instincts
- The ability to generate creative concepts quickly and communicate them clearly to clients and creators
- Excellent attention to detail across creative and client facing work
- Experience deploying social ads is a strong plus, though not essential
