Location: Sheffield – this role is office based 5 days per week

Salary: Up to £30,000 Sheffield
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
In this role you will be the first point of contact for colleagues and visitors, helping to provide a positive and seamless front-of-house experience. You will work closely with the Office Manager and wider Facilities team to manage the reception area, meeting rooms, visitor arrangements, switchboard calls, post, couriers, contractors, access cards and day-to-day office support.
This role supports ensuring meeting rooms are prepared, refreshments and catering are arranged when needed, visitors are welcomed and hosts are notified promptly. You will also support health and safety activity by undertaking training as a Fire Marshal and First Aider, and you will help maintain a safe, tidy and professional office environment.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in a front-of-house, reception or customer-facing role, with a commitment to providing excellent service. You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage several priorities while remaining calm, organised and professional. You will be comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion and working flexibly as part of a supportive team.
