Service Coordinator
HPC Compressed Air Systems have a vacancy for a Service Coordinator based in our Notthingham Centre, at Blenheim Park, NG6 8YP. You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient coordination and scheduling of compressed air service engineers, service work and all associated activities. This position is 100% office based.
Key responsibilities:
- Allocation of labour, subcontractor and equipment
- Organising the availability and ordering of necessary parts and correct materials
- Review engineer job sheets; arrange return visits where necessary.
- Managing engineers parts requirement and allocation of parts to service log.
You need the following skills:
- A working history in a similar role in an industrial engineering with planning and scheduling an integral part of the job.
- Proven use of Microsoft office and other software packages, eg SAGE, Service Manager etc
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work within a very busy branch

Office hours are 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 5pm and Friday 8:30am to 3:40pm with a 50 minute lunch.
