We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a trainee recruitment consultant in our Contract & Permanent Divisions as a trainee recruitment consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for various positions whilst reaching out to potential clients and selling our recruitment service.

Duties of the role will include:
- Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for open positions
- Using our class leading tech stack and B2B sales skills to win new business and roles for the company
- Account management - Developing long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
- Learning how to maximise social media to advance your business network
- Manage the compliance associated with working in this sector
