No two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to represent leading brands, engage with customers face-to-face, and play a key role in creating memorable customer experiences at retail locations and event-based campaigns.
Whether you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, or are looking for a new challenge, we provide full training and ongoing support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing brands at retail locations and promotional events
- Delivering exceptional customer service and customer experiences
- Engaging with customers and answering product or service enquiries
- Demonstrating products and promoting brand awareness
- Supporting event setup, coordination, and execution
- Building positive customer relationships and driving engagement
- Assisting with sales transactions and customer interactions
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve campaign objectives
