We are opening an exciting new restaurant in Torquay and are looking for an ambitious Future Restaurant Manager to join us from day one.
This role is ideal for a Shift Leader, Supervisor or Assistant Manager who is ready to take the next step and develop into a full Restaurant Manager.
You will receive hands-on training, work closely with the owner and gradually take responsibility for the full restaurant operation.
Your responsibilities
- Lead shifts and motivate the team.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Support recruitment and staff training.
- Manage stock, ordering and food waste.
- Help control labour and food costs.
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organised and ready for service.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
- Support sales growth and local marketing.
- Help build a positive and accountable team culture.
What we are looking for
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Reliable, organised and professional.
- Calm under pressure.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willing to work evenings and weekends.
