We are looking for a highly creative and motivated individual to further develop our work with local education providers and community groups, as well as with local audiences, through our Learning Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and caring individual with a demonstrable track record of delivering purposeful learning activities within arts and heritage settings to help shape and define the next chapter of this programme.
Studio Voltaire’s Learning Programme is designed to overcome barriers that some people encounter in formal education settings and to support those with limited access to creative opportunities. Our lively programme values teacher-led training, artist-led workshops, skills development sessions and tours. The programme strives to work with local young people and educators over long periods to build sustainable partnerships and enable richer learning experiences, helping to shape and develop their respective creative practices.
You will deliver an inclusive and innovative programme for a wide range of audiences and community groups, with a particular focus on children and young people. The successful candidate will also play a key role in fundraising from a range of sources to help ensure the programme is properly resourced. You will also enjoy working collaboratively and inclusively alongside a range of colleagues and stakeholders to develop, promote, and deliver activities and resources. Your networks and knowledge of the creative education sector will deepen the impact of our work in learning.

Duration: 2 years (fixed-term contract) with the opportunity to renew based on performance

Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 per annum, depending on experience
