Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Food and Beverage Assistant to join our team. This role involves mainly kitchen with bar training, ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous , additional training will be provided. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities

Hours of work: Hours as required according to business
Reporting to: General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager
Areas of responsibility: Full kitchen service with Service of food and drink to customers, cleanliness of food & drink & service areas
Main areas of responsibility:
Kitchen experience required and bar experience preferred.
full kitchen service under the supervision of the food and beverage manager
Supplying the highest possible levels of customer care and service whether in the public eye or in back of house areas.
To arrive for work correctly attired paying special attention to hands, finger nails, hair and general appearance.
To serve Food and drink to the set standards, ensuring compliance with licensing laws as and when necessary.
Deal with any customer complaints as they occur and refer to a senior member of staff.
To take payment for food and drinks either by cash or credit card.
To ensure that All areas within the business is presentable and clean.
To have good knowledge of all food available, and specifications
To attend meetings, training sessions and other such events when requested by your supervisor and pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the performance of the role.
To keep the kitchen fully stocked.
To carry out any cleaning of kitchen to the correct hygienic standards.
To maintain company standards at all times and comply with all health and safety legislation.
To maintain opening and closing procedures for kitchen.
To be fully aware of accident reporting/maintenance reporting and all the clubs fire policy.
To establish & maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, the general public, golfers, staff and other managers.
To adhere to laid down company standards & procedures.
Carry out any reasonable request by the Senior Management Team.
To book any holidays according to company procedure.
