As a senior care assistant, you will look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centered care and support. Your role will involve supervising and working with a team of care assistants. You will also be responsible for medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews, and liaising with GP services and other professionals.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards one. To join us as a senior care assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of care for the elderly.
