About the Role
The role requires ambition with an entrepreneurial spirit. A self-starter, you will need to bring commitment, drive and enthusiasm to work every day. Displaying gravitas, with the ability to work comfortably and converse well at all levels is a must.
Your primary responsibility will be generating your own leads and targeting large accounts with the aim of developing them into key kite customers
The Role of Business Development Manager:
We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic person. The candidate must:

Have experience working in sales and a track record of exceeding targets in packaging or similar sectors such as:
- Industrial Consumables
- Warehouse supplies
- Goods not for resale
- Labels & labelling equipment
- Printing
- PPE and workplace consumables
- Janitorial / hygiene consumables
- Parcel and courier services
Key Skills and Essential Experience:
- Developing new business with large industrial users of packaging.
- Cold calling, canvassing, and barrier bashing.
- Diary management.
- A mixture of home working, on the road sales and office based.
- Hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Developing and leveraging strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Managing projects from beginning to end.
- Key account management.
What You’ll Get:
- A minimum £45k base salary (based on experience).
