This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to join a growing transformation team at an exciting stage in its journey. As our Marketing Transformation Manager (MarTech, AI & Adoption), you'll play a key role in helping marketing teams become more effective, efficient, and impactful through the adoption of AI, behavioural science, and smarter ways of working.
A major focus of this role will be identifying opportunities where AI, automation, and marketing technology can improve campaign effectiveness, reduce effort, improve productivity, and create more capacity for teams to focus on high-value activity. You'll help turn emerging technologies into practical solutions that deliver measurable benefits.
Alongside this, you'll work closely with marketing teams to embed behavioural science principles into campaign planning and execution. You'll help colleagues think differently about how they engage customers, improve communications, and deliver stronger outcomes. Success in this role will depend on your ability to influence, build credibility, and bring people with you. This is as much a people and adoption role as it is a transformation role.

This role is based out of our London office. We call our approach to hybrid working The Blend — it’s about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home. You may also be required to work from one of our other office or partner locations, based on your role and 'to do' list.
AI, Automation & Marketing Effectiveness
You’ll identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and marketing technology to reduce manual effort, improve productivity, and create capacity for teams to focus on higher-value activity.
You’ll help evaluate, test, and implement new tools and capabilities, ensuring they solve genuine business problems and deliver measurable outcomes.
You’ll measure and track the impact of transformation activity, including resource savings, cost efficiencies, adoption rates, and improvements in marketing performance.
Driving Behavioural Change & Adoption
You’ll be resilient, patient, and comfortable operating in environments where influencing, persuasion, and relationship-building are critical to success.
