How you'll make an impact

Own day-to-day account work for a group of accounts with simple to moderately complex needs.
- Help keep renewals moving, support Producers and Account Executives when they’re not available, and coordinate the right resources to meet client risk management needs.

Help protect existing business, look for ways to add more coverage or services, and keep client relationships strong through consistent follow-through.
- Support renewals and help deliver the right solution on time.

Manage client accounts and keep work moving.

Build trust with client contacts and internal partners.

Identify chances to add services or lines of coverage.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with 0+ years client service and/or claims management experience
-OR-
- High School degree/GED with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
- Producer's License.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Appropriate licensing as required.
Preferred:
- Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
Solid financial acumen.
