About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Ground Screws Technician to join our expanding team based in Dundee. In this role, you will work a compressed 39-hour week from Monday to Thursday. You will travel from our Dundee base to various sites across Scotland to install ground screw foundations using specialised machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute precise installations of ground screw foundations according to site plans.
- Operate and maintain specialist installation machinery, power tools, and equipment.
- Uphold strict health and safety regulations across all working job sites.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication with clients and teammates.
- Problem-solve on-site challenges and troubleshoot technical installation variables quickly.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Groundwork, construction, or landscaping background is preferred but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Confidence using power tools and operating light machinery.
- Fitness: Physically fit and fully comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Mindset: Strong attention to detail with a practical, solutions-driven attitude.
- Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required for driving our vehicles to site.
- Credentials: A valid CSCS card is desirable (training and certification can be provided).
