Job Overview
As a Laundry Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our clients receive the high-quality service we’re known for. The shifts will be Monday to Friday. Start time 16:30 - 21:30pm.
Duties
- Sort, wash, press bed linen, and fold towels to our high standards
- Operate commercial washing machines and dryers efficiently
- Assemble, prepare, and pack orders ready for delivery
- Work collaboratively to maintain a smooth and timely workflow
- Carry out manual tasks including lifting, bending, and moving laundry items
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous experience in laundry operations or hotel housekeeping is desirable
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality standards
- Ability to operate commercial laundry machinery safely and efficiently
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated
- A strong team player
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
- Has reliable transportation and can commute consistently
