As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section, working closely with the senior team to deliver consistent, high-quality dishes throughout service.
This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen, ideal for a chef who enjoys working with fresh ingredients in a fast-paced but organised environment.
Duties:
- Run your own section during prep and service
- Maintain consistency and quality across all dishes
- Work across sections as required
- Support junior chefs and contribute to team development
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation
