Multi-Drop Delivery Driver (2-Man Home Delivery & Installation)
We are looking for reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Multi-Drop Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, permanent self-employed position working as part of a 2-man delivery crew, delivering a range of large and bulky items including white goods, furniture, and other home delivery products.
The role involves not only delivering products but also carrying out installations, assemblies, and basic product setup in customers’ homes. Successful candidates will be professional, physically fit, customer-focused, and committed to following company procedures and safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Deliver white goods, furniture, and other bulky items to customers’ homes.
- Work effectively as part of a 2-man delivery team.
- Carry out furniture assembly, product installations, and basic setup services.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Follow all company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety regulations.
- Complete delivery documentation and proof of delivery accurately.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects or issues.
- Handle customer property and products with care and respect.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism when representing the company.
- Ensure all deliveries and installations are completed to the required standard.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday every week, with flexibility for occasional Sunday work when required.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items safely.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well organised.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
- Previous multi-drop delivery, furniture assembly, or installation experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Commitment to following procedures and maintaining high service standards.
