FULL TIME TEAM MEMBER!
We are looking for someone with good barista/bar and hospitality skills to help with our little bar& restaurant just off Spitalfields market. We are hoping for someone brimming with positivity, professional enthusiasm & initiative to help us produce consistent quality throughout the day from morning to evening.
What you’ll be doing:
- Making consistent coffees & teas
- Making set cocktails, pouring beers & wines
- Operating our SQUARESPACE till system
- Taking orders from the till, and from the table
- Working on the restaurant floor waiting tables
- Keeping your section clean and tidy
- Re-stocking bar supplies
About us:
- Open 7 days, 9am-11pm (6pm on Sundays)
- Shifts range from morning to evening shifts, with some doubles in between
- Small, close-knit team, family-run and independent
- Lovely customers, we don’t stand for rudeness!
- Healthy service charge, adds substantially to basic hourly wage
- Monthly pay
- Private rooms (private parties pay a higher service charge)
What we are looking for:
- FULL TIME – we are looking for 25-35 hours a week
- Flexibility – we write rotas weekly, and do our best to give you what you need.
- Hands-on initiative – we are a small team and there is always something to do even when we are quiet!
- Front of house hospitality experience is ESSENTIAL
- Good waiter/waitress skills with wine knowledge
- Strong coffee skills
- People-person – 80% of this job is people!
- Love of food and drinks – we are a restaurant first and foremost and love our staff to get excited about what we produce
