We are looking for a room attendant to join our Housekeeping team in our luxury boutique hotel in Belgravia, London.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas to high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Replenish guest amenities and supplies, ensuring rooms are fully stocked and welcoming.
- Restock housekeeping trolleys and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Follow health and safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary
- Communicate effectively with your team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently, maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Support deep cleaning tasks and assist with special housekeeping projects as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently within designated timeframes while adhering to quality standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum High school degree, sanitation and health&safety training will be considered a plus
- Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is preferred
- Professional appearance
- Experience in cleaning services is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Have a hands on attitude
