We are looking for compassionate, confident and reliable Support Workers to join our growing team providing domiciliary care support within the community, assisting individuals to remain independent in their own homes. This may include support with daily living tasks, accessing the community, attending appointments, medication prompts, meal preparation, companionship and emotional support. Our approach is centred around dignity, independence and person-centred care, ensuring each individual receives support tailored to their needs, preferences and goals.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will provide both emotional and practical support tailored to each person’s individual needs, preferences and goals.
Your role may include:
- Supporting individuals at home and in the community
- Encouraging independence and daily living skills
- Supporting routines, appointments and activities
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Promoting emotional wellbeing and choice
- Support in developing daily living skills
- Working alongside families and healthcare professionals
- Supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities using person-centred approaches
- Providing support with maintaining hygiene, meal prep and medication administration

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Support Worker
- Minimum 1 years experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities or mental health challenges
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 2 years
- Own vehicle with valid insurance and business use
- Right to work in the UK ( No Sponsorships available)
Employment is subject to enhanced DBS checks and satisfactory references.
