We are seeking a professional, personable, and detail oriented Lodge Host Supervisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality throughout the lodge.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an outstanding first impression and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
- Manage beverage service, including preparing and serving a range of drinks, wines, champagnes, and basic cocktails in accordance with service standards.
- Coordinate and oversee breakfast service and formal dining experience ensuring tables are laid correctly and presented to the required standard.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and presentation of all communal guest areas, ensuring a consistently immaculate environment.
- Resolve any issues or unexpected situations promptly, professionally and with discretion.
- Work collaboratively with the wider hospitality team to ensure seamless daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.
