FOH
The Mariners Hotel is now hiring a FOH team member. This role will require the flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as day time shifts.
Previous experience in a similar setting will be advantageous although full training will be provided.
Must be aged over 18.
As a FOH team member, you will be responsible for serving drinks, taking orders, serving breakfast, making cocktails, checking people in and out, manning reception, making bookings and dealing with enquiries.
Skills required for the role :
· Take customer orders and use every opportunity for suggestive selling
· Serve food and beverage to tables and satisfy every customer's need
· Ability to take phone calls, answer queries where possible, and taking vital information for any that require further action
· Dealing with customer feedback and providing adequate solutions to customer complaints
· Work collaboratively as a team with all other departments within the hotel as required
· Adhere to all H&S, COSHH, and Food Safety requirements at all times
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness

Salary: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
