We are seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead our team at CROFTS DENTAL PRACTICE in Epping. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent patient service, and the financial health of our practice. We are looking for someone to work to KPIs and be accountable for the forward growth of the practice.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily practice operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality patient care.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Handle financial management including budgeting, billing, and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies.
- Support human resources activities such as recruitment and staff development.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Coordinate with dental practitioners to optimize patient outcomes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a dental setting.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.

- Previous experience in a private dental practice is preferred.
