Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations within our hospitality or food service establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a positive team environment. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant or hospitality venue, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.
- Manage and motivate staff, including chefs, servers, baristas, and other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality and consistency in all dishes served.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and health standards across all areas of the establishment.
- Coordinate food production schedules, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor customer service levels, address guest concerns promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Organise staff rotas, oversee training programmes including food safety procedures, and evaluate staff performance.
- Collaborate with kitchen teams to develop new menu items or improve existing offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Experience in food safety standards and food production processes.
- Familiarity with hospitality industry practices such as serving, barista duties, or hotel management is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and guests alike.
- Previous experience in culinary roles or kitchen experience is advantageous but not essential for managerial candidates demonstrating strong leadership qualities.

Pay: £38,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
