We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support daily store operations by ensuring shelves are stocked, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
This is a part time role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with queries, product information, and purchases.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are faced, rotated, and labeled correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and surrounding areas.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately (if required).
- Follow store procedures for handling deliveries, returns, and inventory checks.
- Support promotional activities and in-store displays.
- Comply with health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet sales and customer service goals.
