Junior Sous Chef - SB2488
The Head Chef of a luxury seaside hotel that has a number of dining options available to its guests is currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade of 6 chefs. The hotel offers award-winning fine dining in the restaurant, serving breakfast, lunches and dinner and also offers private dining options. In this role of Junior Sous Chef you will be working across all of the sections to assist to prepare the regularly changing seasonal menus and will receive great training. This is a very busy and popular venue, which is busy all year round but especially during holiday period. The kitchen has full autonomy to create their own menus, as a result you will be encouraged to bring your own ideas to the menu planning sessions.
Requirements:
A Junior Sous Chef with a stable background is needed for this position. Previous experience working in rosette standard kitchens where you were cooking with all fresh ingredients is essential.
