We own and operate several office buildings across Wilmslow. We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a part-time Maintenance Cleaner, looking after the common spaces in the buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Vaccum/ mop/ clean common areas, including access ways, kitchettes and toilets.
- Ensure toilets are stocked with toilet paper and hand soap.
- Empty bins into external bins.
- Communicate clearly and friendlily with tenants.
- Assist in maintaining and cleaning the management office and production area.
- Report any maintenance issues to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full UK driving license.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
