Admin Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Smooth Sale 2 Limewood Way, Leeds, LS14 1AB
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm (25 hours per week)

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a friendly and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking a confident, professional, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to support our clients throughout their property sale journey. This is a customer-focused role where you'll be responsible for contacting clients and guiding them through the legal paperwork required to complete the sale of their property.
Working closely with our sales and legal teams, you'll ensure clients feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients by telephone to assist them with completing legal paperwork.
- Explain documentation clearly and answer general queries.
- Liaise with solicitors and internal departments where required.
- Keep accurate records of client communications and case progress.
- Follow up with clients to ensure paperwork is completed promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stage of the property sale process.
- Carry out general administrative duties to support the wider team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator with a professional telephone manner.
- Able to manage their workload effectively and prioritise tasks.
- Previous administration or customer service experience is desirable but not essential.
