Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assisting with activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions in accordance with care plans and protocols
- Support individuals Presenting with physical disabilities and ir Learning Disability and or Autism
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
- Manage behavior and provide emotional support to promote comfort and well-being
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Drive clients to appointments or outings when required, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules
Qualifications
- Prior experience in assisted living, nursing home, or home care environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of patient care techniques including medication administration and behavior management
- Experience with Personal care is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical tasks involved in caregiving duties
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for transportation responsibilities
- Business Insurance essential
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain training upon hire
- Strong communication skills and compassionate attitude toward clients of all ages including children when applicable

Pay: £25,420.00-£37,137.31 per year
