The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic experienced Administrator to join our Property Management team as a Repairs Coordinator
As a Repairs Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
· Taking incoming repair reports from tenants and property managers via email and phone and logging the jobs on our CRM System.
· Reporting maintenance issues to Landlord and obtaining their approval for works to be carried out.
· Obtaining estimates for work.
· Instructing external contractors and our in-house maintenance team to carry out quotations or works.
· Liaising between contractors, tenants and Landlords to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
· Ensuring all parties are kept up to date on the progress of repairs and progress notes are updated on the job files. Chasing relevant parties for updates if required.
· Liaising with our branches, referencing team and property managers to ensure new instructions are up to standard and repairs actioned swiftly to avoid move in delays.
· Scheduling repair work for our offices.
· Ensuring funds are available and received from clients for repair work instructed.
· Assisting with the arranging of legal certification - Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Checks etc.
· Ensuring a high level of customer service is always provided.
The Person:
This is a fast paced role in a busy department so the ideal candidate should possess the following skills.
· A strong background in administration - preferably in a similar role
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to manage time well skills and prioritise tasks effectively
· Excellent customer service and communication skills
· A good understanding of repairs processes and typical housing maintenance issues

Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Saturdays on a rota basis (9am-1pm) for which lieu time will be given
