Hours: 8:00am – 4:30pm, with a high level of flexibility required. Shift work and later finishing times are a regular requirement of this role, with start and finish times varying according to workload and production demands.
The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Mould Line Operator to join our production team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing role involving the setting up and operation of moulding equipment, preparation and handling of raw materials, monitoring the production process and carrying out quality checks.
The successful candidate will be clean, tidy and methodical, with good attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving. You will need to be comfortable working in a production environment, following established processes and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping.
Full training will be provided on our processes and equipment. Once trained, you will be expected to work independently and take responsibility for your production area.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle raw materials safely and accurately.
- Set up moulding equipment ready for production.
- Operate and monitor equipment throughout the production process.
- Make adjustments to equipment and processes as required, following training and established procedures.
- Monitor production output and product quality.
- Carry out quality checks and identify defects or inconsistencies.
- Identify and resolve routine production issues, escalating more complex problems when required.
- Complete production records accurately.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area.
- Work to production schedules and required quality standards.
- Follow all health and safety requirements and company procedures.

- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Experience with elastomer, polyurethane, foam moulding or similar moulding processes.
- Experience setting up and operating production or moulding equipment.
