Ready for Your First Registered Manager Role?
Our client is seeking a Registered Manager to support the launch and registration of a new domiciliary care service in Preston.
This is a permanent full-time position with responsibility for the development and ongoing management of the service.
This role would suit an experienced Deputy Manager, Care Manager or aspiring Registered Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career.
What makes this opportunity different is the level of support available. You'll be working alongside a leadership team with extensive experience of developing successful care services and achieving strong CQC outcomes. You'll have the autonomy to lead your service while receiving the guidance and mentorship needed to succeed.
About the Service
The organisation was founded on a simple principle: people come first.
Whilst many providers make this claim, the leadership team behind this service has built a reputation for delivering genuinely person-centred care by investing in both clients and staff.
The focus is on building a sustainable service where quality comes before rapid growth and where the Registered Manager is supported rather than left to carry the burden alone.
A key part of this philosophy is investing in a strong office team. The aim is to create an environment where responsibilities are shared, support is readily available and on-call demands are managed sensibly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the development of a new domiciliary care service.
- Working towards and maintaining full CQC compliance.
- Recruiting, developing and supporting a high-quality care team.
- Building relationships with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
- Driving service growth while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
- Creating a positive culture where both staff and clients feel valued.
- Helping shape the future direction of the service.
What We're Looking For
- Experience within domiciliary care management.
- Current Deputy Manager, Care Manager or Registered Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards this).
What You'll Receive
- Comprehensive support from an experienced leadership team.
- Genuine autonomy to lead your own service.
- Clear career development opportunities.
- A strong office infrastructure designed to support managers.
- A collaborative approach to on-call responsibilities.
- Competitive salary and bonus structure.
- The opportunity to build something special from the beginning.
