Location: Various sites and events Working Arrangement: PAYE or self-employed basis, subject to employment status and agreement Contract Type: Zero-hours arrangement available where applicable Probation Period: 2 months Start Date: 1 September 2026 Triple S Security is looking for a professional, confident and reliable Head Door Supervisor to support security operations across assigned sites, venues and events. This role is suited to an experienced security professional with strong leadership ability, excellent communication skills and the confidence to manage teams, support clients and maintain high standards under pressure. ROLE OVERVIEW As a Head Door Supervisor, you will support the leadership of security teams on duty, maintain professional standards, manage incidents effectively and ensure security operations are delivered safely, lawfully and professionally. You will be expected to lead by example, represent Triple S Security with confidence and uphold the company’s standards of discipline, prevention and effective service delivery. MAIN DUTIES Duties may include: Supervising Security Officers and Door Supervisors Leading briefings and shift handovers Supporting deployment and post allocation Liaising with clients, venue management and supervisors Managing incidents and escalations Supporting conflict management and de-escalation Ensuring team members follow site instructions Monitoring professional standards while on duty Completing reports and handovers accurately Supporting safety, security and incident prevention ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Applicants must have: A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence A valid SIA CCTV Licence A valid UK driving licence Access to their own vehicle A minimum of two years’ security experience Strong leadership and communication skills A professional attitude and appearance Excellent reliability and timekeeping The ability to remain calm under pressure The ability to manage incidents professionally A willingness to travel to different locations The ability to follow and enforce company procedures A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role due to travel requirements, operational responsibilities and potential site-cover needs.
PREFERRED ADDITIONAL TRAINING The following training is preferred:
Mental Health Awareness Level 2 or Level 3 *FAW — First Aid at Work * Fire Marshal Level 2 * ACT Awareness or ACT Security * Drug Awareness Level 2 or Level 3 * Physical Intervention Training Applicants who do not currently hold the preferred additional training may still be considered. Where required, additional training must be completed through Triple S Security or a company-approved provider following successful induction or probation, depending on business requirements. A company-approved training bundle may be available where required, with the full course package equating to approximately £320–£360. Full details will be confirmed before any training is arranged. PAY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS The pay rate for this role is: £20.00 per hour Payment can be arranged either: Every 2 weeks Monthly The payment schedule will depend on the option agreed with the company. CONTRACT, WORKING ARRANGEMENT AND PROBATION Successful applicants may be engaged on either a PAYE or self-employed basis, depending on the role, working arrangement, business requirements and agreed employment status. Zero-hours arrangements may be available where applicable. All successful applicants will begin with an initial 2-month probation period. During probation, performance, leadership, reliability, conduct, communication, appearance, punctuality and suitability for the role will be reviewed. Continued work after probation will depend on performance, business needs and available assignments.
