Chef required with previous experience of working in a busy kitchen your job will consist of presenting good honest pub food within a diverse selection of cuisines. Your duties will include food preparation and ensuring you and the team have high standards of food hygiene, adhering to the rules of health and safety on the premises, stock rotation and cleaning of the kitchen. Having been in hospitality for over 35 years, this family run business truly believes in a work life balance. We are closed Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Closing early on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day to give all staff time off over Christmas to spend with family and friends.
