Empress Hair & Beauty is a well-established, award-winning unisex salon with a loyal and growing client base across East London. Our stunning new Riverside branch in Barking is now open and we are looking for a talented Braiding Specialist to join our team immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a modern, beautifully equipped salon with an existing and active client base, so you can hit the ground running from day one.
The Role
As our Braiding Specialist, you will deliver exceptional braiding and protective style services to a ready-made clientele. We are passionate about quality, creativity and making every client feel their best.
Services include (but not limited to):
- Box braids, knotless braids, cornrows
- Senegalese twists, Marley twists, passion twists
- locs and other protective styles
- Feed-in braids and styling
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in braiding and protective styles
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Friendly, professional manner with excellent client communication
- Passionate, creative and up to date with current trends
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
