Piece Glasgow are looking for a part time baker to add to our team and aid in the expansion of our in-house bakery. Experience in professional baking is essential, and a passion for producing high-quality products for our four cafe locations is a must. Candidates must be confident following bulk recipes and procedures to produce large quantities of bakes such as brownies, empire biscuits and cookies. The job will be mostly working alone following instructions left by colleagues, so strong organisational skills and an ability to maintain levels of cleanliness whilst working are a must.
The working schedule can be flexible and tailored around the right candidate. Around 3-4 shifts per week across 7 days, 15-25 hours. Extra shifts available to cover holidays.
