Customer Service Advisor
The Customer Service Advisor role is vital to delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right products for their adventures. You'll support customers shopping with Ellis Brigham, Outsiders Store, The Snowboard Asylum, Gramicci, Kavu, Montbell and Bedrock Sandals, ensuring every interaction is a positive one.
You'll join a busy and supportive customer service team within a well-established family business that has been helping people enjoy the outdoors for over 90 years. We put customers at the heart of everything we do and aim to deliver quick, informed and meaningful service that inspires more people to get outdoors.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting customers before and after purchase via phone and email.
- Providing clear, accurate and friendly advice.
- Living our service principles of responsibility, reliability, positivity and credibility.
- Developing product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
What we're looking for
- A genuine interest in the outdoors and enthusiasm for learning about our products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- A team player who takes pride in delivering great service.
- Experience using Freshdesk/NetSuite or other CRM systems (preferable)
