We have a vacancy for a full-time Financial Services Administrator to join our professional team. The successful applicant will be based at our Head Office in Colwyn Bay.
You will work within a team supporting our Financial Planners and clients, dealing with enquiries relating to pensions, investments and financial planning. The role involves liaising with investment and pension providers, carrying out general administration duties and assisting with the organisation of client meetings and reviews.
This role would suit an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys administration, client service and working as part of a professional team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering high standards of administrative support and is seeking a long-term career within financial services administration.
Specific Responsibilities:

- Taking telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and dealing with them appropriately
- Client correspondence, both written and verbal
- Processing new investment and pension business
- Preparation of client review packs and booking client reviews and meetings into advisers’ diaries
- Providing back-office support to Financial Planners
- Liaising with investment providers, pension providers and other stakeholders
- Ensuring all client administration is carried out in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records on our back-office systems
- Assisting with portfolio valuations, client reviews and ongoing servicing activities
- Supporting the delivery of a high-quality client experience
Experience & Skills:
- The role requires a reliable individual who can manage and prioritise workloads effectively, so excellent organisational skills are essential
- Previous administration experience is desirable
- Previous experience within financial services administration is desirable
- Ability to produce business correspondence and proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
