Our highly skilled craftspeople, artisans and technical designers have the pleasure of working with leading international interior designers on award winning and iconic projects, producing the highest calibre of unique furniture, from hard case cabinetry and fitted furniture, through to luxury upholstery and high-end interiors.
The Role
As part of continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced CAD designer to join our team on varied bespoke furniture projects, predominantly interior and exterior superyacht furniture, high-end residential cabinetry and fitted joinery for some of the world’s most discerning clients.
Working closely with our projects and production teams, you will be responsible for producing detailed working drawings from Interior and Yacht Designers initial concept drawings and initail designs in Solidworks.
With a background in bespoke luxury cabinetry and high-end joinery essential, you will be highly detail orientated, with a good working knowledge of manufacturing details and construction methods, associated cabinetry materials and hardware.
This is a highly rewarding role to be part of a unique artisan team delivering accurate technical drawings for efficient production, whilst gaining an in-depth knowledge of the very best in bespoke British luxury furniture.
Main Duties
- Managed goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accurate delivery notes, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Maintained stock levels and controlled inventory of workshop consumables and supplies.
- Assisted with purchasing activities, including ordering and monitoring stock requirements.
- Carried out workshop and factory housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Performed routine workshop cleaning and waste management in line with health and safety standards.
- Organised storage areas and ensured materials, tools, and equipment were readily available for production teams.
- Conducted stock checks and maintained accurate inventory records.
- Supported production operations by preparing and distributing materials as required.
- Followed company health, safety, and quality procedures at all times.
- Undertake driving duties and completed deliveries and collections as required, ensuring timely and professional service.
