Event Steward
IPM Group is recruiting Event Steward staff to work across a range of events, including football matches, live events, concerts and other busy public venues.
This is a great opportunity for people who enjoy working with the public, being part of a team and supporting the safe and smooth running of events.
As part of the IPM team, you will help with crowd management, customer service, access control, directions, safety checks and general event support. Duties may vary depending on the venue and event, but the key focus is always safety, professionalism and providing a positive experience for visitors.

Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
Previous event experience is welcome, but it is not essential for stewarding roles. Full support and training will be provided for the right people.
We are especially interested in hearing from applicants who already hold:
Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
SIA Door Supervisor licence
Previous stadium, event, security or crowd management experience
All successful applicants will be required to complete IPM Group’s onboarding process before being offered shifts. This includes the required vetting checks, confirmation of right to work, completion of our online induction and completion of our online training course.
The online training course is designed to prepare new staff for working safely and confidently at events. It covers key areas such as customer service, crowd management, event safety, incident reporting, communication, professional conduct and basic role responsibilities.
Applicants must complete the onboarding, vetting and training requirements before they can be deployed to events.
