At present we have over 50 staff based in various locations throughout the North and are now looking to add a MIS Support Officer to our already dedicated team. So, if you are looking for a new challenge and feel that you can add your skills and experience to our team why not read on?
At present we need to recruit an experienced IT professional to support our clients, who are based throughout North Yorkshire and surrounding Counties.
This role’s core focus is to deliver maintenance, support, and training in all aspects of School Management Systems (MIS), including related hardware and networks. At present we support Arbor, Bromcom, Compass, SIMS and Parent Pay. To be considered you must feel confident to provide training via Microsoft Teams and on-site. Along with supporting schools to diagnose and repair faults on ICT hardware and software via telephone, web chat and remote support.
